Comprehensive water main replacement across Chelsea's dense urban core, navigating utility conflicts, tight right-of-way, and active commercial and residential properties. The project began a decades-long partnership with the City of Chelsea that continues to the present day.
Multi-municipality program to demolish and reconstruct aging wastewater pump stations across several North Shore communities. Our team coordinated with multiple municipal water departments to maintain sewer service throughout construction while delivering updated, code-compliant facilities.
Early phase of what became a long-term relationship with the City of Manchester, comprehensive wastewater system rehabilitation including culvert replacement, siphon work, and structural repairs to aging infrastructure serving Manchester's core neighborhoods.
Major combined sewer overflow (CSO) separation project spanning multiple Lowell neighborhoods. The project replaced aging combined sewers with separate sanitary and storm systems, significantly reducing overflows to the Merrimack River and bringing the city into compliance with state environmental mandates.
Multi-year lead service line removal program serving thousands of residential connections. Working directly with homeowners and municipal agencies, our crews systematically removed aging lead services and restored surfaces, helping communities meet EPA compliance milestones ahead of schedule.
A defining series of complex urban infrastructure contracts across Massachusetts and New Hampshire, navigating tight timelines, congested work zones, and highly sensitive environments. These projects demonstrated our ability to deliver in conditions that challenge less experienced contractors.
Albanese D&S earned regional recognition for an innovative equipment approach to a Boston pipeline replacement project, deploying specialized machinery that dramatically reduced surface disruption while maintaining schedule in one of the city's most congested corridors.
