Sewer
Rehabilitation
CCTV assessment, CIPP lining, manhole reconstruction, and I/I reduction — performed under live sewer conditions. Programs that meet DEP compliance schedules and actually reduce flow.
Pipe to
Manhole
Sewer rehabilitation starts with accurate CCTV data and ends with a documented acceptance CCTV. Everything in between — cleaning, lining, manhole work, and lateral reinstatement — is self-performed. We don't hand any piece of this off.
Cured-in-place pipe lining for 8" through 60" diameters. Structural or non-structural selection based on PACP defect codes and pipe condition grade. ASTM F1216/F2019 compliant.
Cored or full reconstruction with chemical grout sealing, liner invert repair, and chimney seal installation. Programs from 10 to 500+ structures. Complete documentation furnished to system owner.
Corrugated metal, concrete, and stone-arch culvert rehabilitation. Open-cut replacement or trenchless lining based on structural assessment and access constraints. Stream buffer restoration included.
Herbicide treatment and mechanical root removal for collection systems impacted by tree root intrusion. Documented before and after CCTV included. Retreatment schedules per system owner agreement.
Smoke testing, dye water flooding, and CCTV to identify and quantify inflow/infiltration sources. Complete NASSCO PACP data packages for system-wide CMOM programs and permit compliance reporting.
24/7 response for structural failures, blockages, and bypasses. Bypass pumping to 2,000 GPM, temporary repairs, and permanent rehabilitation under emergency procurement. Active on-call crews.
The Field
Protocol
No liner goes in without a verified pre-CCTV. No acceptance sign-off without a post-CCTV. Every step is documented to the pipe segment level — because DEP compliance runs on data, not promises.
NASSCO PACP-rated inspection of each pipe segment. Defects coded, distances logged, and condition scores assigned before any scope is finalized or contract executed.
High-pressure cleaning, root removal, lateral plug installation. Service connections documented and marked for reinstatement. Flow control confirmed active before lining begins.
CIPP inversion or pull-in-place, cured to design spec. Temperature logging during cure to verify ASTM compliance throughout the segment. Cooling confirmed before any internal work.
Lateral service connections reinstated, post-lining CCTV run for acceptance documentation, and NASSCO PACP re-inspection to confirm defect elimination. Report furnished to engineer.
Where We
Get Called
From consent order compliance to emergency structural failures — sewer rehabilitation work arrives with a deadline and a regulatory file attached. We've operated in both conditions.
Multi-year, multi-segment programs under CMOM consent orders. We manage sequencing, CCTV documentation, and DEP reporting across hundreds of pipe segments per contract.
Combined sewer overflow rehabilitation — I/I reduction in tributary sheds to lower CSO volumes and achieve long-term control plan compliance. Coordinated with MassDEP and EPA requirements.
Active structural failures repaired under live flow conditions, including temporary bypass pumping and emergency open-cut replacement where lining is not feasible.
Deteriorated CMP and concrete box culverts — replaced or lined before failure. Stream buffer work and restoration coordinated with Conservation Commission permits.
Inverted siphons (pressure sewer segments) cleaned under controlled conditions, CCTV-inspected, and relined to restore conveyance capacity without disrupting upstream collection system flow.
District-wide manhole inspection, chemical grout sealing, liner invert repair, and chimney rehabilitation. Complete MACP-coded inspection reports furnished to the system owner.
How We
Document It
PACP data, cure temperature logs, and post-lining CCTV are part of every delivery — not extras. If your consent order requires a specific format, tell us up front.
All sewer rehabilitation work is executed under active CMOM contract frameworks or per-project specifications. We maintain NASSCO-certified CCTV operators and submit PACP-coded inspection records in WinCan or client-specified format.
Flow control plans are submitted to the system owner before any bypass is activated. We carry general liability, workers' comp, and pollution liability. Certificates within 24 hours of request.
